What are Statistics and reporting?
A serious host measures three things: occupancy, ADR (the average rate) and RevPAR (revenue per available property). Doorling calculates them automatically on real data, meaning actual bookings, available nights and prices collected.
Beyond the classic KPIs, reports include channel mix (how much you earn from Airbnb, Booking and direct), net margin per property (revenue minus expenses) and seasonality, with a year-on-year comparison. Everything exports to CSV and PDF, for you or your accountant.
What you get with Statistics and reporting
- Industry-standard KPIs: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and average length of stay
- Channel mix in real time, so you know where your revenue really comes from

Frequently asked questions about Statistics and reporting
All answersADR (Average Daily Rate) is the average revenue per night sold, meaning total revenue divided by nights sold. RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) is the revenue per available night, including empty ones, meaning total revenue divided by available nights. RevPAR tells you how well you use the property, ADR what price you sell at.
Yes, the multi-property view shows occupancy, ADR and margin side by side, so you can see which property pays and which doesn't.
Doorling uses your data, not market data. For external comparisons we recommend dedicated market intelligence tools, and if you switch on the dynamic pricing provider its demand indicators still feed into your workflow.
Yes, the dashboards adapt to small screens and you can check the month's margin from your phone in two taps.
