How many properties can I manage?

On the Check-in plan up to 20 properties, at €4.99 a month each. On the PRO plan up to 20 properties, with 1 included and then €6 a month. With ULTRA properties are unlimited, with a dedicated account.

Can I manage properties owned by different owners (property manager)?

Yes. For each owner you save their details and commission and get a monthly PDF statement, and with ULTRA the owner has their own read-only access to their properties.

How does billing work for multiple properties?

Billing is per account, not per property. The PRO plan costs €19 a month with 1 property and 1 paid member included, then €6 a month for each extra property, up to 20, and €3 a month for each extra paid member.

Does the team see all properties or only theirs?

Everyone in the organisation, each only in the part their role allows, so cleaners see cleaning and your accountant statistics and expenses. Access limited to their own properties is available today for owners, through the ULTRA plan's portal.
