What is Alloggiati Web?

Alloggiati Web is the Italian State Police system for reporting guests staying in accommodation. The law requires submission within 24 hours of arrival, or within 6 hours for stays of no more than 24 hours. The official portal works, but it's designed for desktop, only accepts one specific file format and doesn't forgive mistakes.
